Fed: Govt to contribute $1 million to interim authority
The federal government has committed $1 million to the new interim authority in Afghanistan
and says further assistance will be considered.
Foreign Minister ALEXANDER DOWNER announced the funding while saying he welcomes the
inauguration of the new authority.
He says further assistance will be considered.
